One of the worst KBBQ i’ve been to, service and food quality. We were there for over hours and grill grate was replaced only ONCE. Used plates were basically left on the table. They came like times to pick up or but left rest. Sauce area was super dirty with spills everywhere on the counter and the floor. This was on a Wednesday night, restaurant was at about % capacity. They did not seem short staffed either.Food quality was meh. It wasn’t terrible but i felt like it had no taste to it. The beef brisket was about % fat. Some of the Red Argentine Shrimps were mushy on the inside. And how are you suppose to grill oysters and clams on there? The sides tasted like something out of a cheap Chinese buffet.Staffs’ attitude were OK. The only interaction i had with them was at the beginning at seating and at the end for the bill, that’s it.Won’t be coming back.

Such a fun place to go with friends. The music was on point and the food just never stopped coming. We got some waygu that wasn't on the menu yet, which was delicious. I didn't get pics of it, but we did get some veggies too...lol. When the grill gets too dirty they come change it out for you. Everyone is super friendly and helpful. The salad/sauce bar was stocked nicely. We left very satisfied!

Been there a couple of times in the last few weeks and Sebastian always gives us a warm welcome with a very cheerful smile and gets us a quick walkthrough of the available options ( barbecue, hot bowl etc) and once its our turn (highly recommend checking in online via the Yelp reservation) we get to the table and are ready to eat some yum and delicious KBBQ.The hosts/servers have always been phenomenal. Once you get to the table, you can walk over to the sauce station placed towards the end next to the kitchen to gather a few of your choice. I usually end up ordering a lot of sea food options (calamari, octopus, salmon, shrimp etc) and keep repeating the same to my heart's content. I have been told the other options with beef are very well prepared as well and all in all its just an amazing experience which i would definitely recommend!!!

I’ve been to several hot pot places and this was the most oddly configured. We had a table of (seated at a -person table) but it still felt crowded when the food plates were delivered. Ordering was a little confusing but we had plenty of food to support our hot pots and grill! Our server (I think his name was Dao) was super helpful! But the cleanliness, or lack thereof, really detracted from the experience of enjoying the food. The floors were crazy slippery so walking to the sauce bar was tricky. The sauce bar also super messy so you pretty much have to wash your hands after using. And don’t get me started on the women’s bathroom. The changing table was so gross that I’m glad I didn’t see any babies when we were there. Which then makes you start thinking about what else might need cleaning...Again, I think if they had a dedicated cleaning person, this might have been a much better experience.
